Excited? Yes!
Nervous? Yes!!
Packed? Kinda!!!
Never in our wildest dreams did we think we would be on a cruise ship for 30 days. So how did we get here? Two years ago we thought 30 days would be a breeze. We did 25 days cruising the Mediterranian and crossing the Atlantic. But between then and now we were 'on again, off again' about this cruise. But during that cruise, during a pre-cruise tour in Rome, we met another couple from Orange County who was also on the trans-atlantic cruise.
Once onboard, we met Pat & Dean on many occasions, discussing future travel plans and filling them in on our 30-day South American adventure. To our surprise, and delight, they also booked the South American Adventure tipping our decision on this cruise to a definite 'on again'.

Our family life is busy and knowing we'll be gone for 5 weeks is emotionally difficult this time around. But that being said, we're still excited! We're still nervous! And we're still not completely packed!
